Barry Rossinoff and Rosa Verónica Gomez comprise IbogaQuest.
IbogaQuest is not an enterprise or business, or a clinic or one of the new Ibogaine mills treating multitudes in cookie cutter, and we feel, an unsafe quick turn-over manner. It is two people, with occasional experienced assistants, acting in cooperation, who have personally experienced Ibogaine as a powerful, trans-formative medicine and wish to share it with others in the setting of an Ibogaine contemplative retreat environment. IbogaQuest can best be seen or defined as an Ibogaine retreat wherein you are prompted to understand that, to be truly effective, the medicine must be seen as opening a significant opportunity for you to change .... it presents an opportunity but does not do all the work for you. It is in this atmosphere that mindfulness and awareness may be cultivated. It holds true, given our experience with 80+ treatments, that this approach assists greatly, whether you are here for addiction or insight.

IbogaQuest began a few years ago with several of Barry's Mexico friends, learning of his experience with Ibogaine, of his access to the medicine, and asking for the opportunity to experience it themselves. After these initial sessions with people experienced in the world of plant medicine, people started telling their friends and others who they thought might benefit from it.

From this interest, the idea of providing a safe legal space where people could explore the medicine has developed. Barry then expanded his experience by training with a long established Ibogaine provider. Veronica brought in another aspect to the experience, with the shamanic ceremonial work she has long practiced.

People are now being referred to IbogaQuest from other treatment providers, as well as from physicians and those who have experienced IbogaQuest directly.

IbogaQuest isn't for everyone. If you feel drawn to it you will go through an application and screening process. IbogaQuest will talk to you and review your individual situation and medications to determine if there is a fit that will be beneficial to all.

When you come for an Ibogaine treatment you get their full attention and care, in a relaxed environment and with their close monitoring of your experience. They will be with you before, during and after the treatment, until it is obvious that their assistance is no longer required.

They are not motivated by ambition (other than being of service), providing sessions for no more than two people at a time, and giving only two sessions monthly.
